Grade Packets

• Final grades and certificates.
• Available for pick up at Texas Global

      • 8 am – 5 pm
      • Texas Global front desk, 2400 Nueces St. Suite B. 
• The remaining packets that are not picked up by Monday will be mailed to the local address we have on file for you. It may take several weeks for these grade packets to arrive in the mail.
• If you are traveling outside of the US and would like us to mail your grades to a DIFFERENT address, email your new address to elc@austin.utexas.edu by 5:00 pm on Monday, December 16.
• If you are traveling outside of the US during winter break, leaving before December 13, and returning to the US to study in Spring 2025, we can hold your grade packet for you to pick up when you return to the US. You must send an email to elc@austin.utexas.edu by 5:00 pm on Monday, December 16.
• If you want someone else to pick up your grade packet for you, then you must send an email to elc@austin.utexas.edu with your name and EID, and the first and last name of the person picking up your grade packet. This person must bring their photo ID with them to pick up your grade packet.

Austin Trail of Lights

UT Night

• Experience the magic at the annual Austin Trail of Lights event in Zilker Park, our city’s longest running holiday event showcasing more than 2 million lights, 96 lighted holiday trees and 70 displays and tunnels. After you pass through the iconic entry tunnel and make your way to Candy Cane Lane, grab a bite from one of Austin’s best food trucks and a cocoa or drink from the bar. Then head to the North Pole for free photos with Santa! Roast s’mores at different stops along the Trail, ride the carousel and Ferris Wheel, and enjoy local entertainment at the Zilker Stage.
• General admission to the Austin Trail of Lights on UT Night is free and open to the public.

• 6:00 – 10:00 pm
• Transportation: A limited number of parking passes are available for advance purchase and will allow you to park in a close-in lot near the event. Or you can avoid driving to Zilker Park and help keep Austin green by purchasing a shuttle pass or parking nearby. More information online.
