#RESILIENCYSpeaks campaign

Be That One will launch a new campaign with the Resiliency Project to de-stigmatize struggle and foster a shared culture of perseverance and support. #RESILIENCYSpeaks is a social media campaign that allows participants to speak out and share their resilience through mental health related issues. We are asking participants to share their stories with a social media filter created for Suicide Prevention Week and tag Healthyhorns social media. All those who participate will be entered into a drawing for prizes!
Longhorns Take Care of Each Other: Digital Bystander Intervention

As we have more interactions online, we may come across social media posts or online messages that leave us concerned about someone’s safety or well-being. In this workshop, BeVocal will lead participants through how to reduce harm and support someone through digital bystander intervention. This workshop is open to student, staff and faculty audiences.
Resiliency 101: A Conversation about Building Personal Resilience: Student-Athlete Panel
